Club 110 Team Body Shaping:

Come discover the quickest way to GET FIT FAST and stay younger longer! It’s a circuit of aerobic, strength and body shaping movements designed to improve every part of your bode in only 40 minutes!


Tuesday

12:00- 12:45 pm

Mat Pilates with ELAINE:

Flow through a smooth series of gently invigorating movements that strengthen total body and specifically restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.


Wednesday

12:10-12:55 pm

Yoga with BRYNLEE:

This class focuses on the mind body connection- some benefits of Yoga include improved flexibility, stringh, concentration, breathing and reductd stress all in just 45 minutes.


Thursday

12:10-12:55 pm

Zumba with Zule:

A strength training HIIT workout and a Latin inspire dance party. This class is packed with easy to follow RED HOT dance routines set to international beats!
